They include conducting legal research, such as finding factual information and identifying what legal issues exist in a client’s case, and researching the applicable statutes and case law regarding the identified issues. Mr. Alagh also assists in preparing the internal litigation files of the firm’s attorneys by collecting and organizing evidence and preparing the actual summaries of what is contained in the evidence and the research notes that correspond to those documents.

As part of his training, Mr. Ujjwal Alagh has had the opportunity to observe court proceedings as a way of becoming more familiar with the practices and procedures of a court and filing documents and to learn about other aspects of a court and the legal community. Mr. Alagh can only perform duties limited to assisting his direct supervisor with learning through the firm’s ethical guidelines and practices. KHYATI GOYAL

Khyati Goyal, a legal intern at Equitee Chamber of Law, gained extensive work experience while working with Advocate Akash Garg (the founder of Equitee Chamber of Law and the owner), who leads both the litigation team and advisory team at this firm, in many areas, including civil law, criminal law, family law, and property law. They also allowed her to gain practical knowledge through hands-on experiences in many types of court proceedings, including conducting legal research and dealing with a variety of issues related to court proceedings. Her participation also involves preparing pleadings, applications, affidavits, legal notices, and case summaries that are supported by related statutes and court rulings.

Khyati Goyal is not only involved in the assistance and preparation of legal files for attorneys within their casework but also promotes and facilitates compliance with procedural law by creating legal documents supporting attorney casework, reviewing documents and ensuring they meet all requirements of the law, maintaining indexes (including cross-referencing), assisting in filing legal documents with applicable courts (which may include preparing court filing lists), etc. Khyati Goyal also works with the attorneys on other tasks that are associated with client coordination, document review, and internal knowledge transfer.

Moreover, Ms. Muskan Kumari helps coordinate, collect, and create the necessary documents needed for legal representation; maintains orderly and secure documentation; keeps client files stocked; maintains the privacy and security of client property; and communicates to the legal team about client status.
